SPA (Sales, Planning and Analysis)

SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

  1. Must be detail oriented to ensure accuracy of all administrative projects.
  2. Monitors SPA inbox and ensures each request is replied to properly.
  3. Coordinates Education Seminars including venues, menus, sending invitations, taking RSVP’s and maintaining budget information.
  4. Coordinates state and local Tradeshows and Meetings as requested, including participating in VEE and VEW as needed.
  5. Drafts ECP and other customer facing documentation as requested by the team.
  6. Responds to inquiries related to ABO questions, assist education with various ABO state enrollment.
  7. Provides reports and analysis as requested by the VP of Sales.
  8. Account Executive Support and Administration.
  9. Provides Educational Support and Administration.
  10. Coordinate and calculate ECP rewards that are incorrect. True up and track various reward program calculations and enrollments.
  11. Coordinate the ECP Innovations program deliverables with assigned vendors and customers enrolled.
  12. Other duties as requested by the VP of Sales, Regional Managers and Account Executives.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. High school diploma required.  College business degree a plus.
  2. Minimum of three years sales support administration a plus.
  3. Must be dependable, with meticulous organizational skills.
  4. Excellent typing (50+ wpm) and proofreading skills.
  5. Proven track record of exhibiting sound judgment.
  6. Computer literate in Word, Excel, Internet and email.
  7. Strong interpersonal skills, and be flexible in a dynamic team environment.
  8. Ability to multi-task meeting multiple deadlines.
  9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills – including phone skills.
