SALES AND CLIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE - SAN DIEGO, CA
Sales and Client Services Representative will act as the main contact person on cases for the optical laboratories, ECPs as well as the outside Sales Representatives (Account Executives). The individual will handle customer questions, administrative support, complaints and inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism to resolve customer needs. Optical Background preferred.

Expand existing customer base and develop new account prospects within a given territory. Service existing and build strong relationships with both existing and new accounts. Pursue qualified leads through referrals and cold calls. Analyze customer needs and make presentations to sell and close accounts.
